Terms of sale
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) govern all sales of products made on the website www.vytaloya.com, operated by Vytal Oya.
Any order placed on the site implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
These T&Cs apply exclusively to sales made to consumers within the meaning of the applicable legislation.

3. Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the site on the day of consultation.
Photographs, visuals and descriptions are provided for illustration purposes. Minor variations may exist, notably due to screen display settings.
The products sold are foodstuffs. Information on composition, storage and use can be found on the product pages and on the packaging.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in CHF or EUR, depending on the delivery zone, inclusive of all taxes, unless otherwise indicated.
Delivery costs, any applicable taxes and import duties are specified before the order is finally confirmed.
Vytal Oya reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without retroactive effect on orders already confirmed.
5. Orders
Any order placed on the site constitutes an offer to purchase.
The sale is deemed concluded only after:
- validation of the order by Vytal Oya,
- actual receipt of payment,
- sending of a confirmation email.
Vytal Oya reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute, manifest error or suspected fraud.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The accepted payment methods are those offered on the site at the time of the order.
Transactions are secured through approved payment providers. Vytal Oya does not retain any banking data.
7. Delivery
Delivery terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy, available from the site.
Delivery times are provided for guidance only.
In accordance with the law applicable to consumers, the transfer of risk occurs upon actual delivery to the customer.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal for orders delivered within the European Union.
⚠️ Important exception:
In accordance with the regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food products that have been opened after delivery, for reasons of hygiene and food safety.

9. Returns and refunds
The conditions for returns, exchanges and refunds are defined in our Return and Refund Policy, available from the site.
No return will be accepted without a prior request.
10. Liability
Vytal Oya cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold.
Vytal Oya's liability is in any case limited to the amount of the order concerned, within the limits permitted by law.
Nothing in these T&Cs excludes or limits the mandatory consumer rights provided for by applicable legislation.
11. Force majeure
Vytal Oya cannot be held liable for any delay or failure resulting from an event of force majeure as defined by case law (strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, transport disruptions, etc.).
12. Intellectual property
All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, trademarks, design) are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction or use without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
13. Personal data
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available from the site.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law.
Subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers, the place of jurisdiction is Geneva, Switzerland.
15. Changes to the T&Cs
Vytal Oya reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time.
The applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date of the order.
